Contract 776 – Retail Supply of Electricity and GreenPower to NSW Government and Eligible Buyers (Small Sites) - RFT-10008681

 

This RFT seeks tenders from authorised suppliers to supply retail electricity and GreenPower to NSW Government and Eligible Buyers (Small Sites). The deliverables are described in the Tendering Conditions and Statement of Requirements.

 

The Tender Documents Comprises of 5 Parts:

 

Part A – Tendering Conditions

 

This outlines the terms and conditions and evaluation criteria for the tender.

 

Part B – Tender Response

 

Respondents are required to use this document for their response. All attachments submitted by respondent is required to be referred in this document.

 

Part C – Statement of Requirements

 

This document outlines the requirements respondents are expected to meet.

 

Part D – Head Agreement

 

This is the proposed header level agreement between NSW Procurement and the successful tenderer. This will form the deed once the successful tenderer is selected.

 

Part E – Retail Electricity Supply Agreement

 

This is the proposed electricity and GreenPower supply agreement between Contract 776 customers and the successful tenderer under the Part – D Head Agreement.

 

A tender briefing will be held on the date, time, and place, indicated below. The contact officer/s of NSW Procurement will be available at that time to answer any queries regarding this RFT and the tender process generally.  Names of persons attending the tenderer briefing must be provided to the contact officer at least 3 working days prior to the date.  No more than 2 persons from each tenderer will be permitted to attend the tenderer briefing.
