The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:

Provision of Annual Fire Safety Statements for Stockton Large Residential Centre maintained by ADHC as specified.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

A mandatory site meeting will be held at Stockton LRC, Fullerton Road, Stockton at 10:30 am on Wednesday 10/09/2014. Please meet in the Administration Building. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
