The Digital Twin Pilot project is being developed under the NSW State Infrastructure Strategy. The Pilot will develop and trial a 4D spatial data model as a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for Greater Western Sydney. Multiple datasets are required as input to the MVP visualisation platform, including urban and rural buildings with height measurements, urban surface cover, and urban trees. To ensure this information is available for the Digital Twin project and to other jurisdictions, and to help drive innovation across both the public and private sectors, a Creative Commons licence with CCBY attribution is preferred. At a minimum, full access to the data should be provided for NSW and Local Government agencies within the Digital Twin area of interest, with public access provided to the Digital Twin visualisation platform.

Products will be delivered by 1 July 2019 and be commensurate with the duration of the data licence agreement.
