The Department of Finance, Services and Innovation (DFSI) is seeking interest from the market to supply enterprise telecommunication services as part of NSW Government's Telecommunication Purchasing Arrangements (TPAs); an approach to the commissioning of telecommunications services which achieves the outcomes of improved value for money, increased agility and better digital connectivity.
Eligibility to proceed to a formal tender via Request for Proposal (RFP) is subject to the assessment results of this EOI.

Conditions for Participation
Must either hold a current Carrier Licence, or be a Carriage Service Provider, under the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth).
Must have service delivery operations (not just sales operations or a field office) in Australia.
Must be either pre-qualified as an advanced supplier under the ICT Services Scheme (SCM0020) or be in the process of becoming pre-qualified as an advanced supplier under the ICT Services Scheme.
