EOI for the Provision of Office Space in Sydney Locations - 15GP004

Expressions of Interest are sought by the NSW Government for the provision of 23,000 m2 of A grade office space in either:

- Green Square to South of the CBD; or

- Macquarie Park; or

- Parramatta CBD.

Delivery of office space is required in two stages:

- Stage 1 - Approximately 9,000m2 of NLA by 31 March 2018

- Stage 2 - Approximately 14,000m2 NLA required by 31 December 2019

The NSW Government will consider a lease of up to 10 years plus options to renew for the premises;

All proponents must be able to deliver both stage 1 and stage 2 and the proposed building(s) must be contained on the one parcel of land;

Premises or sites with existing Development Approvals will be highly regarded
