The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:

Feasilbility investigation for proposed carpark.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

A mandatory site meeting will be held at Powell Street, Charlestown at 10:00 am on 18 February 2015. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
