If you apply for a furniture category and it is not substantiated by a referee report you may not be approved for that category.

Applicants to the Flexible Learning Furniture category: the relevant referee report must demonstrate experience in supplying furniture meeting the Flexible Learning Furniture Requirements and capacity to supply in accordance with customer agreed timeframes.
