ServiceFirst is issuing this request for information (RFI) in an effort to conduct market research for potential sources that may have the technical capability to meet its requirements and develop and provide potential solutions for managed print services.

The goal of the RFI is to ascertain the level of interest and availability of potential vendors seeking to provide managed print services and obtain additional information regarding managed services options and best practices. For this purpose, managed services include printing, copying, faxing, and scanning.

This Request for Information (RFI) provides an opportunity to provide feedback to ServiceFirst and its clients for consideration in the development of a new service category for Managed Print Services (MPS).
