The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at Frank Baxter Juvenile Justice Centre at 10:00 am on 10 October 2006. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
Building refurbishment of Katandra Unit
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
