Tender Details

Tenders are invited from suitabably exerienced and qualified contractors to deliver timber bridge repair and bridge construction works.

This RFT comprises of two parts as follows:
Part A - Design and construct two replacement bridges; and
Part B - Repair condition 4 timber elements on seven timber bridges located along Blaxlands Creek.

A Mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting & site inspection will be held at 9.30am on Thursday, 9th October 2014, meeting at the Nymboida Power Station compound area.  This will include a site insepction of all the bridges involved.  Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

Tenderers may submit tenders for Part A and Part B combined, or alternatively submit a tender for Part A or Part B individually.  The Principal will award the respective contract as a single contract (Part A and B), or individually in any combination that provides the best value for money for Essential Energy.

Electronic Tender Box Security
During the lodgement process all submitted responses are encrypted for security and stored securely in the “electronic tender box”.
All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted, retrieved and opened after the RFT has officially closed.

RFT Response - receipt/confirmation
A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued for all submitted responses files received successfully.
