The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to: 

Cost planning and estimating for the internal fitout of commercial office space at Levels 5-7 of the McKell Building and a yet-to-be determined second site in the Sydney CBD.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

Tenders are invited from those companies prequalified with NSW Procurement as listed under:

Tender responses from the above prequalified tendering companies ONLY will be accepted.
