OBTAINING RFT DOCUMENTS

First time visitors to this website who wish to obtain a copy of the RFT will need to self-register on this website to gain access to any documents.

To obtain the RFT/EOI and any future amendments that may be issued, you must download to your own computer all the files provided (including from time to time any Amendments), by clicking on the DOWNLOAD A SOFT COPY – Free link at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.

Potential tenderers are encouraged to register with the NSW eTendering system to receive email notifications or new relevant business opportunities.

DOCUMENTATION AVAILABLE FOR THIS RFT

A softcopy of the RFT document(s) and returnable schedules is available for downloading by following the instructions below.  Hardcopies of the RFT document will be available at a charge determined by the size of the document, arrange via “Contact Person” listed in the RFT Full Details.

LODGING A RESPONSE

Your completed response should be lodged as required by the RFT documents.  It can be lodged electronically via this web page.

During the lodgement process all responses are encrypted for security.  Any responses that are received can only be accessed, decrypted and opened after the RFT has officially closed.

A system generated electronic receipt is issued to the submitter for each response transmitted successfully.

PC SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

To be able to open and read or view the downloaded files for this RFT you may require certain software to be installed on your PC:

Adobe Acrobat Reader  5.0 (or more recent)

WinZip 7.0 (or more recent) or equivalent

Additional software may also be required, including the following, depending on the file types provided:

Microsoft Word 2003 (or more recent) or equivalent.

An Internet connection to lodge completed responses.
