The purpose of this notice is to provide advance notification to the providers of the Vendor Management System (VMS).
VMS is a cloud-based technology that the NSW Government is leveraging for the delivery of the NSW Government Contractor Central solution for the management of the contingent workforce and Statement of Work (SOW) services. This end to end solution covers requisition to sourcing, on-boarding/off-boarding, time sheeting, invoicing and payment.
Please be advised that the market engagement, via a suitable document for a new Contract VMS 0010, is anticipated to be published on etenders during July 2017, subject to prevailing market conditions.
The current contract is due to expire on 31 January 2018. The proposed market engagement will replace the current agreement. The agencies/entities that are registered with NSWBuy with a valid registration number are eligible to use this contract – such as government, not for profit organisations and universities.
