The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to: 

New 2 storey extension to existing building; alterations and additions to existing spaces and all associated works.

The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.

Tenders are invited from the companies listed under:

Tender responses from the above tendering companies ONLY will be accepted.

Electronic Tender Box Security

This is done though a controlled Tender Opening process managed by the Agency’s Tender Opening Committee.

A mandatory site meeting will be held at A034 Executive Boardroom, Belmont Hospital, 16 Croudace Bay Rd, Belmont NSW 2280 at *11:30 am*  on Tuesday 15 January 2019. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
