Provision of a Software as a Service Solution for Transition and Consolidation to a Single ERP (TCSERP) for NSW DTIRIS - 1200737

It is envisaged that the term of the proposed Agreement will be of two years, which may be extended for a further period at the discretion of DTIRIS. 

NSW Trade and Investment wishes to procure an ERP solution delivered under a Software as a Service (SaaS) arrangement, for the Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll functions of the DTIRIS from a single prime contractor.  

NSW Trade and Investment is looking for responses from vendors that can offer an “out of the box” solution that can be deployed and able to support a set of standard processes with minimal configuration. The number of employees to be supported by these systems is 7000. 

The department requires vendors to supply information on their ability to supply the necessary software and services according to three key areas: 

(a)           Product Useability and Capability

(b)           Vendor Capability

(c)           Lifecycle Strategy 

NSW Trade and Investment, is responsible for the delivery of the tender process, assisted by NSW Procurement, whilst the proposed Agreement will be executed between NSW Trade and Investment, on behalf of the Board, and the successful tenderer.
