Tender Details
Spatial Services currently owns VH-NSW, a 1981 Cessna 421C aircraft for the purpose of acquiring airborne imagery. The aircraft is fitted with a Leica Geosystems ADS80 imagery sensor and peripheral equipment (Note: Spatial Services may utilise alternate sensors during the contract period). Spatial Services requires a vendor to provide:
1. A qualified, licenced and experienced pilot for VH-NSW available to pilot the aircraft as and when required by Spatial Services (as required by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), for this class of work or as may be additionally required by these specifications). The pilot shall hold a current commercial pilot licence with twin instrument flight rules rating endorsement, a pressurisation endorsement and demonstrated experience in command of a conventional twin-engine aircraft.
2. Service and maintenance of VH-NSW, under Civil Aviation Regulations (as amended or replaced) and in accordance with the Civil Aviation Act 1988 as amended or replaced, and to fulfil any directives of CASA as required. Progressive maintenance will be noted in the aircraft logbooks and following the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance system.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
Commensurate with the commencement of supply on 13/07/2020 and for the duration of the contract for a minimum term of 24 months which may be extended for 1 year plus 1 year.
