This RFT covers the provision of a telephone information services during the Valuation Service peak period for NSW landholders wishing to find out more information about their land value as well as providing general information about the work of Valuation Services for Property and Advisory Group.
The services are required for a 12 month period up to 30 April 2018 with a one (1) year extension option. The objective of this RFT is to appoint a single service provider that will assist Valuation Services to meet the following service objectives:
- provide information on a wide range of issues including land valuations, the land value objection process, local government rating and basic land tax information for properties throughout the state of New South Wales.

each incoming call will be treated in a friendly manner in accordance with a predefined call script that is agreed to by Valuation Services. The call script will be backed up by training materials and up-to-date reference materials.

accessible to all people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and to older people and those in regional locations.

also allow customers to provide feedback through four (4) post telephone call customer surveys questions as specified by Valuation Services.
