The design and construction of school facilities and associated site works and services to meet NSW Department of Education and Training standards for a high school.
The scope of the works is the design development and construction of the following accommodation:
Refurbishment of Block C, with the additions of toilets and a Lift.
The construction of a two storey specialist facilities Block T.
The construction of a single storey Movement Studio complex shown as Block U
A deceleration lane in Taren Point road, vehicular entry, and a service road to Block T and the school.
Covered walkways, paving, landscaping and associated site works and services.
