The Department of Education (the Department) is looking to create a panel of suppliers for the provision of door hardware. This panel will be comprised of selected suppliers based on their capacity to fulfil the Department’s needs over the next years.
The implementation of this panel will help covering the demand of door hardware within the following projects:
- Door hardware for new school building projects
- Door hardware for school maintenance projects
Most projects will require the type of hardware indicated on the list below:

This Expression of Interest is the first step of a multi-stage procurement process. Respondents who successfully satisfy this EOI’s evaluation criteria (Part B- Section 3) will be invited to participate in the next phase: The Request for Tender (RFT) stage. Only successful Respondents from the RFT stage will be offered to sign an Agreement to become part of the Door Hardware Panel.
