Tender Details

The current Sector Development Program and the panel of pre-qualified providers expires on 30 June 2018. The new Sector Development Program objective is to acquire a new panel of pre-qualified providers for three years from 2018-19 to 2020-2021. The program is designed to deliver a range of resources and support. This includes face to face training programs, webinars, and communities of practice, social media, as well as web-based and printed resources.

RFT Type

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

Additional Details / Instructions

The EOI will be issued and managed using the Department's sourcing tool DoE Ariba. It is recommended that interested parties commence the Ariba registration process as soon as possible.

This notification is for advertising purposes only and no RFQ documents will be issued and/or RFQ responses received through the NSW eTendering portal.

1. To register your organisation on DoE Ariba:

• Use the following link and click on “Register Now”: http://dec.supplier.ariba.com

• Please ensure that the below fields are completed in your registration:

- Business phone number

- Short description

- At least one commodity supplied (UNSPC)

- ABN number, or another Tax ID number if you do not yet have an ABN (please list under “Tax ID”, under Business tab, Tax Information)

• If you are already registered on the DoE Ariba portal, please continue to sign in and update your company details. If you are unable to log in, please contact Ariba support on 1800 766 694.

2. Once you receive email notification that your DoE Ariba registration has been approved, please email pstenders@det.nsw.edu.au with the EOI ID DoE1261956482 as the subject of the email to notify the Department of your interest in this application.

Interested parties must be registered in DoE Ariba as above to participate.

The EOI is expected to be released via DoE Ariba on the 22 March 2018. The dates provided are indicative and the EOI may be issued later than the stated dates.
