Department of Education / Expression of Interest: Architectural Services for the Green Square Integrated Community Facilities and School - SINSW-18-1277

Schools Infrastructure NSW together with the Council of the City of Sydney is calling for the submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Architectural Services for the new school at Green Square, 3A Joynton Ave, Zetland.

The EOI is the first stage of a multi-stage tender process. The objective of the EOI is to identify and pre-qualify organisations that are interested in entering into the proposed contract and have suitable capacity, capability and experience.

The Architect will be procured through an invited Design Competition, which is a subsequent phase of this EOI procurement process. The competition will be conducted in accordance with the City of Sydney Competitive Design Policy.
