Applications are invited for the opportunity to provide services to establish and operate an Out of School Hours Facility at Pleasant Heights Public School.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

 

It is recommended that you attend the site visit of the school and OSHC facility which has been scheduled for Friday 12 May 2017 at 10.30am.

 

Only information submitted on the Response Schedules will be assessed.  Please do not include any attachments unless requested in the Response Schedules.

 

Interested tenderers respondig to this RFT must ensure that they (including associated entities in any other State of Australia and proposed staff) are able to comply with all conditions of this RFT document and all relevant Regulations and Acts including Privacy Act at all times.  This is a mandatory condition and applies through the tender process and duration of the Agreement entered into by the Tenderer if successful.  Any non-compliance issue occuring during any stage of the tender process may result in rejection of the proposal by Department and/or termination of the Agreement if the latter is executed.
