Tender Details

The objective of this project is to develop and deliver training for the School Services CRM system that is in development to manage School Services strategic, operational and responsive activities and workflows to enable a single electronic collection, management, analytics and reporting on activities to support collaboration and resourcing.

It is intended that the contract will be awarded to one Contractor with existing capabilities in the development and delivery of Salesforce CRM training in the public sector. It is preferable that the Contractor is a firm that has existing experience delivering training in the education sector.
