TAFE NSW wishes to invite suitable parties who own or readily have access to land within the Target Area to submit a Registration of Interest for the delivery of the Western Sydney Construction Hub.
The WSCH Project may involve a suitable party or parties either:
• providing the land only, serviced according to TAFE NSW’s needs for the WSCH (with capacity for TAFE NSW to construct and operate the WSCH from February 2023); or
• providing the land and the delivery of the built form for the WSCH (with capacity for TAFE NSW to operate the WSCH from February 2023).
