Tender Details

 

The NSW Government's 2018/19 Budget includes $6 billion over four years to deliver more than 170 new and upgraded schools to accommodate a rise in pupil enrolments. This includes an additional $160 million spend as part of the record $747 million maintenance investment announced in 2017. This is the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.

 

The Department of Education via School Infrastructure has been tasked with delivering this extensive program of school construction and upgrades. Please view our webpage at https://www.schoolinfrastructure.nsw.gov.au to further understand this program of works.

 

School Infrastructure via this RFT will establish a Standing Offer Panel for Construction Consultancy Services to be in place for a duration of 5 years until 31st December 2023. 

 

The RFT provides an opportunity for interested Legal entities and organisations to submit a tender response to the Department to offer Services satisfying this Statement of Requirements. This RFT will cover the consulting services for Project Management Services, Architectural And Design Lead Services, Cost Management Services, Construction Planning Services, Arborist Consultancy Services and Educational Consultant/Planner.

Additional Details / Instructions

 

A non-mandatory Industry Briefing will be held at Fort Street Public School on Wednesday, 28November 2018. There will be two sessions on this date at 4.00pm and 5.00pm lasting approximately 45 minutes per session.

 

Please RSVP your attendance by 5.00pm Tuesday, 27November 2018. A maximum of two places per organisation will be allowed, however as places are limited acceptance will be on a first come, first serve basis.

 

Please note that there will be no parking provided on school grounds and on-street parking is extremely limited. It is advised that attendees utilise public transport or alternatively taxi/uber.
