Proposed Tender Details

The Department intends to issue a Request for Information (RFI) as part of a multi-staged procurement process to establish a Panel of suppliers to support a new operating model for online student assessments (Online Assessments Ecosystem).


NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands
States and Territories: ACT, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA

Additional Details / Instructions

The Department will release high level business requirements and gather market intelligence on solutions and innovations in online assessment.

The RFI will also be used to notify suppliers of the mandatory requirements of the next stage of the procurement such as registration on the ICT Services Scheme, use of the Procure IT Framework as the form of Agreement, minimum insurance requirements.

Shortlisted suppliers assessed as capable of delivering the expected outcomes (as per the Evaluation Criteria) may be invited to participate in the next stage of the procurement.

It is anticipated that RFI will open the week of 17-21 February 2020. The submission period is expected to close the week of 16-20 March 2020

RFI documents and final submission dates will be now made available from the NSW eTendering website (not DoE Ariba).
