EnableNSW is seeking a panel of Prosthetic Service Providers (PSPs) for the provision of prosthetic support services to accredited public health amputee clinics within the following PHOs:

 * South Western Sydney LHD                * Nepean Blue Mountains LHD

 * South Eastern Sydney LHD                 * Western Sydney LHD

 * St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney Ltd         * Central Coast LHD             

 * Illawarra Shoalhaven LHD                  * Western NSW LHD

 * Sydney LHD                                      * Hunter New England LHD

 * Northern Sydney LHD                        * Mid North Coast LHD

 * Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney     * Northern NSW LHD

 * Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network

It is the intention of EnableNSW to appoint a panel of PSPs, with a single PSP to have exclusive (unless otherwise stipulated) access to the clinics to provide prosthetic support. A PSP will be appointed for each clinic with the agreement of the relevant Public Health Organisation (PHO) and in accordance with a services agreement.
