HealthShare NSW, on behalf of Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD), invites Proposals from suitably qualified organisations or appropriately qualified independent General Practitioners for the provision of medical practitioner services to Coraki Campbell HealthOne, located at Spring Street, Coraki in Northern NSW. These private general practice services are proposed to occur within a designated clinic area in the HealthOne building, co-located with NNSW LHD Community Health service.
