NSW Health / Registration of Interest for Tender for Concord Hospital Radiation Oncology Service - SLHD_195559 - Registration of Interest

Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a Request for Tender (RFT) to fit-out and operate radiation oncology services within the proposed new Comprehensive Cancer Centre at Concord Hospital by 2021. The proposed service is expected to operate at Role Delineation Level 4 (with activity supporting up to 2 linear accelerators between 2021-31).

Following the receipt of an executed Prospective Tenderer Declaration and subject to approval by SLHD, SLHD may send the Prospective Tenderer an invitation email with access details for the RFT Documents through the NSW Government eTendering system.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO PROSPECTIVE TENDERERS: Prospective Tenderers are required to execute the Prospective Tenderer Declaration (without alteration, other than to insert information where appropriate) if the Prospective Tenderer wishes to access the RFT for the Concord Hospital Radiation Oncology Service.

The Prospective Tenderer seeking access to the RFT Documents must submit to Jonathan Surjadi, jonathan.surjadi@health.nsw.gov.au (Contact Officer) an executed Prospective Tenderer Declaration before the Closing Time.

Following the receipt of the executed Prospective Tenderer Declaration and subject to approval by SLHD, SLHD may send the Prospective Tenderer an invitation email with access details for the RFT Documents through the NSW Government eTendering system.

Prospective Tenderers are not permitted to access the RFT unless they have executed this Declaration.
