Tender Details

This Request for Tender (RFT) is being issued with a view to selecting a suitably skilled, experienced and capable organisation to supply, implement (including implementation of required business process changes and change management programs) and support an appropriate software solution on a state-wide basis to NSW public health organisations.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Successful Tenderer will be responsible for providing software and implementation services including the following:

(a)    Provision of appropriate software, plus software support and maintenance services.

(b)    Implementation Services to design, build, test and implement the software solution on a state-wide basis, including the necessary project management, business process improvement and change management services required to coordinate and ensure successful completion of the implementation program.

Additional Details / Instructions

NSW Health intends to hold an RFT briefing session. The time and location for the briefing session will be provided as an addendum to this eTendering website.

Organisations intending to respond to this RFT should register their interest to attend at least 48 hours prior to the briefing session and advise the names of persons who will be attending the briefing via e-mail or in writing or telephone to the Contact Officer. 

No more than two (2) representatives from each organisation may attend. All representatives who attend the briefing must sign the Attendance Sheet which will be circulated at the meeting and provide on this sheet their name, company, telephone, email and address details.

Information provided at the briefing will be published as an addendum to the RFT.
