SESLHD requires a wide range of medical equipment, prostheses and consumables to enable the delivery of appropriate clinical services to the public of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District. SESLHD’s Procurement will ensuring that suitable products are provided in accordance with SESLHD procurement processes.
SESLHD is seeking offers from Tenderers to ensure the ongoing provision of Orthopaedic Trauma, Craniomaxillofacial, Spinal, Neurosurgical and Small Joint Arthroplasty Prostheses and Associated Consumables, by establishing a panel of selected suppliers from which the Hospitals or Facilities, will purchase the products.
The purpose of the contract is for the supplier to develop Arrangements for the reliable, safe and cost effective ongoing supply of the Orthopaedic Trauma, Craniomaxillofacial, Spinal, Neurosurgical and Small Joint Arthroplasty Prostheses and Associated Consumables to ensure the public authority is able to effectively discharge its clinical obligations.
A panel of Successful Tenderers will provide the Goods and Services for this Arrangement, in each specified sub-category and/or item group.
SESLHD seeks to explore the potential benefits of entering into market share commitment arrangements with panel suppliers as part of this RFT exercise. Preferential arrangements may be established across SESLHD with pricing replicated across all sites.

Additional Details / Instructions
The Principal proposes to hold a briefing session for Tenderers on Wednesday 16th August 2017. The Contact Officer and other personnel of the Principal will be available at the briefing to answer queries regarding this RFT and the RFT process generally.
Names of persons attending the briefing must be provided to the Contact Officer in writing two days prior to the Tenderer briefing.
Teleconference details will be provided to the Tenderers closer to the date by way of Addendum.
