Tender Details

The NSW Ministry of Health (the Ministry) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to conduct an evidence-based evaluation of the MH-CLSR.

The primary purpose of the evaluation is to conduct a process evaluation to develop base line data for future evaluations and provide areas for consideration on how the evolving program can be improved.

The evaluation is expected to be conducted over a two year period commencing in March 2019. A report will be required as well as a draft evaluation plan for future evaluations. The evaluation will adopt a mixed-methods approach incorporating both quantitative and qualitative components, as well as extensive engagement with multiple stakeholders.

The successful proponent will report to, and convene regularly with, an Evaluation Working Group comprising representatives from the Ministry of Health and the programs overarching steering committee. The deliverables required for the evaluation project include an Evaluation Plan, Ethics clearances, the development of an Evaluation Plan for the next phase of evaluation and a Final Evaluation Report.
