HealthShare NSW, on behalf of Far West Local Health District (FWLHD), invites tenders for the provision of Mental Health Sub-Acute Treatment Services.

FWLHD is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Community Managed Organisation (CMO) to provide 24 hour, 7 day a week recovery focused support to residents at the Far West Mental Health Recovery Centre (FWMHRC) through the provision of a variety of programs to assist residents to develop and work towards personal goals.

The Principal proposes to hold an optional site visit for Tenderers on the date, time and place indicated below. Personnel of the Principal will be available at the briefing to answer queries regarding the site only, all other questions regarding the RFT generally must be submitted through the nominated Contact Officer listed in this RFT. 

Names of persons attending the briefing must be provided to the Contact Officer prior to the day of the Tenderer briefing.  No more than 3 persons from each Tenderer will be permitted to attend the Tenderer briefing.
