The selected Tendered will be responsible for,
- Weekly/Weekend/Public Holiday cleaning of listed properties
- Exit cleaning of listed
- Emergency and short notice cleaning when required
- Specific cleaning services for items such as carpet, air-conditioning vents and external areas.
- Reporting of maintenance issues and accommodation inventory requirements
- Provide minor replacement and be on hand for receipt of larger items
- Others cleaning related activities
