Tender Details
Expressions of interest (EOI) are invited from landowners with available land that may be suitable for the development of the new Tweed Valley Hospital.
The nominated land will need to demonstrate suitability against a range of selection criteria and should be:
- Within the proposed site selection area extending from Tweed Heads to Pottsville and up to 10-15km inland.

Available for development commencing in late 2018

Appropriate for a major referral hospital, with a developable area between 8 and 16 hectares

Easily accessible and proximate to a main arterial road link.
Please note that sites of all current planning zonings will be considered.
EOI closing time: 5pm Friday 22 September 2017.

To submit an EOI, landowners are required to complete the EOI Response Form (Attachment 1), attach a properly executed deed poll (Attachment 2), and email the response to adam.puddy@charterkc.com.au by the EOI Closing Time of 5.00pm 22 September 2017
