The Department of Justice is seeking to establish a commercial contract for the provision of Records Management services for a period of 3 years.
This service includes, but is not limited to storage, retrieval, scanning, cataloguing, destruction, and archiving of paper records on behalf of numerous Justice Department divisions.

- Execution of enclosed Deed of Confidentiality upon acceptance of Tender documentation
- Conformance to NSW State Archives and Records Authority on the physical storage of State records;
- Conformance to NSW State Archives and Records Authority General Retention and Disposal Authority.
