NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Casework Support Scheme (CSS) - FACS.19.03

FACS is undertaking an open tender to establish a panel of approved service providers for the provision of the Casework Support Scheme ( CSS) services across NSW.

The CSS will enable FACS frontline caseworkers to purchase additional support services to meet the needs of vulnerable children and young people in out of home care (OOHC) placements which are managed directly by FACS. These services were previously provided through Non-Placement Support Scheme (NPSS). Redesign of the NPSS and introduction of CSS will ensure that the CSS services are clearly defined, sustainable, quality, child safe and client centred. The Services include: Supervised Transport, Supervised Contact, Mentoring, Overnight Respite and Daytime Respite.
