Tender Details
The new Scheme and BAM is expected to come into effect on 1 July 2017, and are different to the previous programs and administered under the new BC Act. Therefore a new comprehensive training program is required to accredit BAM assessors and provide training and information to a range of stakeholder groups on how the offset scheme will operate.
The NSW Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is seeking proposals from registered training organisations (RTO), or organisations in affiliation with an RTO, to both develop and deliver the new training program. The training program will be required to be delivered across NSW and will need to include modules accessible to ecological consultants, policy makers, landholders, developers, local government and people wanting to offer conservation broker services
