Tender Details

The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is offering an opportunity to lease part or all of Fort Denison, within Sydney Harbour National Park. Longer terms will be considered. An initial five year term with a five year option is being offered. An area of at least 470.5m2 (representing the current restraint lease area) is available from July 2017. Proposals to lease other parts of the island will also be considered. The premises are offered in their current condition. Respondents are required to satisfy themselves as to the state and condition of the building, services and facilities of the site.

Fort Denisonis an island located in the heart of Sydney Harbour and is part of Sydney Harbour National Park.

Fort Denison is 560 meters off shore from Mrs Macquarie’s Chair and 1.4 kilometres to the east of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It is a 10 minute ferry ride from Circular Quay.
