The Billboard Program is an important tool in the Trust’s marketing strategy in assisting to achieve key outcomes in the Parklands Plan of Management 2020. The focus of the Western Sydney Parklands Billboard Program is to ‘drive’ more visitors into the Parklands, increase the profile of the Parklands, and create an understanding of the facilities and events/activities that are provided for the community in the Parklands.
The Western Sydney Parklands Trust (WSPT) seeks a return brief and quotes from suitably qualified organisations for the design and installation of outdoor advertising skins on the 15 existing Western Sydney Parklands billboards located across Western Sydney.
This includes:
- project management of the Billboard Program 2015,

creative conceptualisation and design of billboard skins as required, and
- project management of printing and installation/removal of skins.
The Agreement will be for 1 year (2015) plus 2 year option (2016 to 2017) depending on review of performance in November 2015.
