RailCorp Training (RCT) is a business unit of Rail Corporation New South Wales (RailCorp) established to provide a wide range of training to the staff of the RailCorp.

As part of the RailCorps commitment to provide safe, reliable and world class rail services to the community, RCT in 2002 contracted to improve and upgrade its two train driving simulators, and to create two new virtual reality facilities all of which are used for the training and competency enhancement of front line operational staff.

The improved simulators together with the virtual reality facilities enabled staff to be trained in a close to reality environment.

RailCorp intends to extend this capability with Additional Simulation Assets as per the requirements of this RFT.
