Rail Corporation New South Wales (RailCorp) invites tenders for the provision of off-site document storage services. RailCorp is seeking to "Obtain a service for the provision of storage, retrieval and secure destruction of Records from a suitable controlled and protected repository. "Consolidate records with one offsite storage supplier that caters entire NSW and in particular for geographical regions that cover the Sydney CBD, Sydney Metropolitan, Illawarra and Newcastle districts. "Comply with the NSW State Records Act (1998) when storing its records with an suitable offsite storage supplier. RailCorp now intends to select and appoint an organisation (the Supplier) to undertake the above tasks, together with related offsite storage services including (but not necessarily limited to) delivery services, pickup services, destruction services and indexing services.
