Proposals are invited from professional services contractors for the provision of Procurement Advisor & Transaction Management Services (Commercial Advisor) for the Woolgoolga to Ballina upgrade project. Roads and Maritime Services is seeking a Commercial Advisor to assist with the generation of procurement documents and assistance during the tender phase of the project.
