Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Provision of Heavy Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management Services to Roads and Maritime Services - RMS.19.0000303630.0645

Tenders are invited for the Provision of Heavy Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management Services to Roads and Maritime Services.

The work under this Contract involves the supply of leased trucks to RMS used in the delivery of statewide road construction and maintenance. RMS have a fleet of approximately 474 trucks of various body configurations including flatbeds, tipping body, pantechnicon, tow trucks and other customised builds. Broadly, successful tenderers will provide fleet and maintenance management services to while managing the acquisition process of new heavy lease commercial vehicles.

Tenderers must comply with the technical requirements including RMS Specification TG01, and meet the service level requirements of the contract.  All documents will form part of the agreement(s).

This is a Work-as-Ordered Panel Contract with provision for non-priced services to be quoted as required.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, 31 July 2019; at Fairfield RSL - 14 Anzac Avenue Fairfield NSW 2165. Attendance to this pre-tender meeting is mandatory in order to submit a conforming Tender.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance at the pre-tender meeting by Friday 26 July 2019 by emailing Ibrahim.Helmy@rms.nsw.gov.au with the subject heading stating “Pre-Tender Meeting Attendance Confirmation – 19.0000303630.0645 - For Provision of Heavy Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management Services to RMS”.
