Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Princes Highway upgrade, Berry to Bomaderry - RMS.17.0000303651.0788 - RFT

This is a Schedule or Rates and Schedule of Prices Quality Assurance Contract. 

Request for Tenders (RFT) are invited for the contruction of the Princes Highway upgrade between Berry and Bomaderry project. Only organisations previously shortlisted as part of the Registration of Interest (ROI) are invited to submit a tender. 

The project involves the upgrading of the A1 Princes Highway between Mullers Lane, Berry and Cambewarra Road, Bomaderry. The upgraded highway will have a minimum of two lanes in each direction separated by a median. The project involves the contruction of 12 bridge sized structures, including two overpasses with weathering steel superstructures.

The successful tenderer is to provide construction services under a "Construct Only" contract.

The NSW Government's Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and the NSW Government's Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines) apply to this project. Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a prerequisite to submitting a tender response and to any successful tenders being awarded. Copies of the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines are available at www.industrialrelations.nsw.gov.au.

A pre-tender meeting, including site inspection will be held in Berry on Tuesday 31 October 2017. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
