This is a Quality Assurance Contract.

This Contract is for the provision of strategic design, traffic modelling and economics of the Outer Newcastle Study projects. The Contract will be procured via a selected invitation tender (only those directly invited may obtain a copy of the Request for Tender).

The Outer Newcastle Study is a strategic investigation into potential future projects that would best address the current and future road network issues at the strategic junctions between the M1 Pacific Motorway, John Renshaw Drive, the New England Highway and Pacific Highway (including Hexham Straight and Hexham Bridge to Masonite Road) and Tomago Road.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government's Code of Practice for Procurement.

This phase of the project is funded by the NSW State Government.
