Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / M7 to The Northern Road Motorway Strategic Route Options Analysis - RMS-RFT.15.3606.0780

Shortlisted professional services contractors from the Request for Registration of Interest are invited to submit a Request for Tender to undertake strategic route options analysis for the proposed route alignment of the M7 to The Northern Road Motorway between Cecil Park and Luddenham. The motorway forms part of the Western Sydney Infrastructure Plan (WSIP) that supports the proposed Western Sydney Airport, South West Growth Centre and Broader Western Sydney Employment Area.

The key objectives of the study are to:

• Collate and review existing data in the study area to enable determination of a list of possible alignments for the M7 to The Northern Road Motorway between Cecil Park and Luddenham
• Identify any additional information required for the study
• Undertake a documented assessment process to determine a short list of strategic design options to present to the community for consultation
• Undertake a more detailed documented assessment process, including consideration of community feedback, to determine a preferred route for the M7 to The Northern Road Motorway

This is a quality assurance contract.

The project is funded by the State and Australian Governments.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.

Tenderers will be expected to attend a pre-tender meeting on Friday 29 May 2015, 10am at the RMS Parramatta office (27 Argyle Street Parramatta 2150). Attendance is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender.

Access to RFT documents is restricted to the three shortlisted organisations. 

A passcode will be emailed to shortlisted professional services contractors to access the tender documentation or to lodge responses.
