Tender Details

Tenders are invited from companies registered with Transport for NSW under the Technical Services Registration Scheme, Category Non-Aboriginal Cultural Heritage.

The work consists of the provision of Non-Aboriginal Cultural Heritage, Thematic Study and Interpretation Planning Services for the M12 Motorway project between The Northern Road, Luddenham and the M7 Motorway, Cecil Hills including the Western Sydney International Airport Access Road and Elizabeth Drive.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 10:00am on 29 January 2020 at Parramatta.  Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender. Meeting venue details will be available via the Contact Officer (jason.s.karmas@transport.nsw.gov.au).

Before receiving the passcode to access the Request for Tender documents and prior to attending the briefing session, prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) to the Contact Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 22 January 2020.

All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) and Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code).
