Tenders are invited to become panel members for the Supply and Delivery of Ready Mix Concrete and Associated Services within Regional and Outer Metropolitan areas of NSW.
The contract is for three years from November 2019 with two one-year optional extensions.
Panel members must be able to manufacture and deliver ready-mixed concrete and provide associated services in accordance with the nominated Specification requirements in this contract.
A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting may be held on Tuesday 20 August 2019 at 11:00AM. If you would like to attend, please register your interest by emailing Ciaran.mccrudden@rms.nsw.gov.au by 5:00PM on Tuesday 13 August 2019.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines).

The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 applies to this contract. This document is available at https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2017C00125. By submitting a tender for this contract you will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016.
It is a requirement for this contract that the successful contractor be accredited under the Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) at the time of entering into the contract for ‘building work’ for the contract and must maintain accreditation under the Scheme while the ‘building work’ is being carried out. Information on the Scheme is available on the Australian Government website at www.fsc.gov.au.
