This is a Quality Assurance contract.
Tenders are invited from contractors pre-qualified at Class B1 or higher for the construction of a bridge over Grubbenbun Creek on HW6 Mid Western Highway 65km south west of Bathurst.
The bridge works must be carried out by a contractor prequalified with the RTA at Class B1 or higher, the pretensioned concrete members for the bridge must be manufactured by a contractor prequalified with the RTA at Class CR or higher.
Traffic Control must be carried out by contractors registered with the RTA in category G.
A pre-tender meeting, including a site inspection, will be held at 10.30am on 2 August 2007, at the Lyndhurst Soldiers Memorial Hall, 10 Russart Street, Lyndhurst NSW 2797. Attendance at the meeting and site visit is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender.
The Information Documents may only be purchased by registering at: https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/rta for $55.00 per set (including GST). Please note that documents will be supplied in electronic format on CD.
Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government's Code of Practice for Procurement.
